Everybody is allowed to cheat a little bit when they're on a diet, aren't they? Today I had a slice of pizza. And you know what? Forbidden food such as that tastes so much better!
I've actually read that one of the main reasons so many diets fail is because people deprive themselves too much and then their resolve crumbles. I haven't had pizza in a few weeks but you know what? It's easier for me to stick to my diet if I allow myself a little something special every now and then. I don't even have the craving for more junk food after eating it.
